Most offsites happen in a hotel that could be anywhere. Ours happen where the view fills the window, the air is clean and the only sound is the forest, in one large B&B we have checked ourselves, with nobody there but your team.

The B&B, the food, the work room, transport and guides are confirmed, and your team gets a short briefing.

You arrive
We handle what comes up on the ground. The company receives one invoice.
Before you ask
How big a team can you host?
We choose one large B&B to fit your team, so everyone is under one roof. Most teams are between 6 and 16 people. For a larger group, ask, and we will tell you plainly what is possible on your dates.
What does a private offsite cost?
Each one is priced by proposal, because the place, the season, the length and how you travel all change it. You receive one figure per person covering the B&B, the food, the work set-up and the activities you choose, with travel shown separately.
Is this a resort or a hotel?
Neither. Your team has one large, well-run B&B entirely to itself, with the mountains in front of it. If you need a ballroom, a bar and a pool, a resort will serve you better and we will say so.
Which months are best?
March to June and mid-September to November. July and August bring heavy rain and closed roads to most hill towns. December to February is cold, with snow higher up, and suits a small group that wants exactly that.
Can the company be invoiced?
Yes. The company receives a single invoice for the whole stay. Tell us what your finance team needs on it when you enquire.
